Do NOT share your username, password, or security questions with anyone. Once you share this information you are giving access to all of your banking information such as; Account Balances, transfer capabilities, and transaction history.

The stronger the username and password you choose the harder it is for someone to guess and gain access to your accounts.

• Do not use any parts of your name, date of birth, email address, etc.
• Use special characters in place of letters.
  Example:
  • in place of an S use $
  • in place of an A use @
  • in place of a 1 use !

Simple changes such as these make for stronger login credentials.

It is mandatory to change your password every 12 months but is recommended for you to change it every 90 to 180 days. Changing your password prevents fraud in the circumstance that someone has learned your password unbeknownst to you.
